Teaching Lettering to Third Graders
My friend Jenny had me over to her class to teach her third graders an entry to lettering mini-workshop as they prepared Mother’s Day cards. The students were so enthusiastic about it, that after the class they demanded copies made of my demo sheet I was doodling on while showing them basic concepts. I was pretty shocked by this! But also I thought about making an actual handout.
I had a lot of fun drawing this out. I don’t know how helpful it would actually be, but at the very least, there’s a butt joke.
